Clay Thompson is a racing prodigy..He is a third generation racer. He was nicknamed by a gentleman at Foothills Speedway in Easley ,Sc as "Mr Relentless"...unwilling to give up!!!! He has won numerous races on the last lap because of his determination..Clay is 8 years old. This year Clay will be running silver and purple plate classes-which consists of ages 8-13 yrs of age. He has won two points championships at Foothills Speedway.2010 Tri-State Points Champion. Winner of Holiday Classic ...at Possum Kindgdom (Jan 10). Winner of Maxx Daddy Championship at GKK (July 10). Winner of Labor Day Bash at Possum Kingdom (Sept 10).
